Identify all the “Opportunities” available to you, so that you can smash your sales target 1

Traditionally, a SWOT looks only at the external environment for opportunities. 

I suggest you do the following:

Firstly, follow the traditional process and look to your “external environment“, to try to identify any opportunities, which may be available to you.

Secondly, I suggest that you go one step further, where you also look for areas where your “competitors” are not fully offering your prospects and customers the value they require.
