Observe the graphic above. As you observe the green quadrant, you will notice that the words organised and systematic

Well that is exactly how an ORGANISED type personalities operate.

  • They are organised and very structured

  • They are extremely time conscious
  • They are task driven
  • They make decisions, based on systems

  • Too structured
  • Too task driven
  • Too concerned about punctuality
  • Too systematic and organised

They view you as:

  • Too task driven
  • Too concerned about punctuality
  • Too systematic and organised

When interacting with the other three personality types, be cognisant of the above and try to be a little less task driven, time conscious and organised.

When both the person with an ORGANISER personality bias and the people, who they interact with them, understand how they are wired and both parties do the following:

When both the person with a ORGANISED personality bias and the people, who they interact with them, understand how they are wired and both parties do the following:

  • The other three personality types, try to accept the way the ORGANISED personality type is wired and respond to them accordingly
  • The people with a ORGANISED personality bias, try as far as possible, to be less time conscious, task driven and organised.

When all parties understand each other and they try to work with each other, according to each ones personality traits. Conflict becomes far easier to understand, mitigate or eliminate
