Getting Started

Using the information you will glean, when you explore your “ACTIVITIES to AVOID PAIN” and “ACTIVITIES for GAIN“, in the next two sections,  create your ACTIVITY LIST. Your “Activity List”  outlines all the major objectives you need to achieve each day/week and month. This document serves as your source document, which will help you to populate both your To-Do list and Calendar each day/week.

There are two major types of activities we perform daily, namely “ACTIVITIES TO AVOID PAIN” and “ACTIVITIES FOR GAIN”. These are described in detail in the next two sections.
