The other social selling resources, that we identified, were as follows:

  • Company Blog – we use this as a means of introducing new ideas an concepts to our customers
  • WhatsApp – we use this tool to communicate targeted and tailored, specific info to our customers
  • SMS – we use this as a tool after holding any face-to-face meeting with our existing customers.
    • After each meeting, we send each of our existing customers a brief summary of the outcome of the meeting and a reminder about, when we will meet again
  • Weekly e-zine – we send these out weekly, to show expertise and as a source of learning and engagement
  • e-books – we send these out quarterly, as means of remaining connected and to show appreciation to our customers
