The first type of activities you perform daily are “ACTIVITIES TO AVOID PAIN”. These are activities such as – Agreeing to provide one of your students with a book on Recovering from a Sports injury.
The pain associated with not remembering to bring the book with you to the next coaching session, is a breakdown of trust between you and the student. If you forget to bring the book with you as promised, your students will start to lose faith in your word as a coach.
Performing this task is simple and to remind yourself to get it done, you simply add the task to your Daily “To-Do” list.
