For any message to be effective, when communicating with your future customers, either during face to face sales meetings or via any other digital communication medium, you must ensure that you focus on speaking “TRANSFORMATIONALLY“.

This means that you must completely understand how your product and/or service will serve each customer, or support them to achieve the desired improved after state and how to communicate this to your customers

In other words you need to have a set of products and services, which is a perfect fit, to satisfy all your customers needs, values and expectations and you need to know how to effectively communicate this, to your customers in a way they completely understand
