FOLLOW-THROUGH

Sales success is never about closing single transactions and it is most certainly never about only attempting to connect with a future customer once.

If you want to succeed on a large scale as a sales professional, you need to follow-up or as I prefer to say “FOLLOW-THROUGH” with a future prospect, until they can see how your value will support them to transform their business.

This concept is true with any email campaign too. Don’t stop attempting to communicate or connect with your future customers after only one email. If you don’t get a response, keep following through until you do. To do this successfully, you need to utilise the complete multi-channel communication strategy.
