When exploring any threats you may be facing. Start by looking both inside and outside of your organisation for things, which could result in you not realising your sales targets, this year.

When you identify any potential threats, you will be better equipped to see the big picture and mitigate or better manage them.

Some questions, which might help you get started, are:

  • What may have changed in your markets?
  • What new products have your competitors have introduced?
  • Have your competitors become more active or aggressive?
  • What do your customers complaining about?
  • What are the un-met needs of your Customers?
  • Where do you feel you need additional training or support?
  • What do you find the most difficult to do every day
  • What do you procrastinate
