Before you can begin to close any sale, you first need to “CONNECT” with your prospects.

This can best be achieved, when you do the following:

Action Idea:  Invest time to properly research your prospects. When you conduct this research, try to uncover as much useful information about them as possible. Whilst conducting your research, try to uncover anything you may have in common or ways you believe that you can add meaningful value to your prospects or customers.

As Zig Ziglar so eloquently said:

The more people you can help to get what they want, the more people will help you to get what you want”.
